It is hard to believe there are less than 20 days of school left. This year has flown by! I am not sure I'm ready to let all of these sweet children go on to the next grade. But they say if you love something, let it go. I have REALLY enjoyed watching them all grow! Let's hope the last days can slow down and we can enjoy sweet memories together one last time!
Important Dates:
** Our class has been working on taking familiar, short stories and turning them into dramas. We have been working in groups to collaborate and create a drama from *almost* scratch. We would like to present these to you on Friday, June 16th at 2:00pm in our classroom, room 2403. Light refreshments will be provided. (Lemonade and popcorn). ** We are deep into review for the EOGs, both math and reading. We are also doing a fun NC Symbols project for Social Studies. We are still learning about landforms and forces that shape the Earth! Also, please let me know if you would like to be a part of an End of the Year Celebration. If I have enough parent interest to help, we will hold one. If not, we will not be having an EOY Celebration. Thanks so much!
