I hope everyone stayed safe and dry during the effects of Florence. If there is ANYTHING your family needs, please let me know. I will do all I can to help! Our family was very fortunate to have power the whole time. Copper was not happy with the rain, and waited until he couldn't take it anymore to go outside. He is a big baby when it comes to rain.
So, this week will be as normal as we can possibly make it. I'm going to treat Tuesday as a Monday with the work we do. We will have homework like normal, rotations like normal, and lessons like normal. I have to complete last week's lessons, of course, but I am going to do my best to make it a normal week. Whatever that may be! :) We do have school Saturday 9/22. I will be teaching all day long and treating it like a normal Friday. If you and your child already had plans or anything like that, please let me know so I can prepare for Saturday. If your child is absent Saturday, homework will be due Monday. Currently we have two make up days in December - the 8th and the 15th. These *might* change, but they are on my calendar for now. Since December 8th is my birthday, I plan on making it a little more fun than a normal Saturday school. :) Important Dates:
For Positivity Project, I want to finish up Prudence tomorrow and Wednesday. We are scheduled to do Perspective this week. We have already done this strength (there will be a few we hit twice this year), so we will be doing some additional activities with it. I need some help with some classroom things. If there is any way you can come in to help, I would greatly appreciate it! There's so much to do with teaching. Please use this sign up to come in and help! Thanks for all you do. Please let me know if there is any way I can help if you have a need. Mrs. Farrell
